This is a very classy, skilfully assembled wine. Is it an island Chablis? Really bright and vibrant in the glass; crushed seashell minerality alongside a lemony, salty zestiness. Subtle and deceptively simple with latent power, a light phenolic grip and a lingering, nutty, high-quality finish.
