Made by Philippe Seguin on his 19ha family domaine, this is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from various parcels across the Pouilly-Fumé appellation's three characteristic soil types: Kimmeridgian marl, limestone and flint. Despite being from a warm vintage, this has considerable class and elegance. Fresh, delicate gooseberry aromatics lead to a creamy and mineral palate with a fresh grassy character, plus lime and grapefruit citrus, and juicy, mouthwatering acidity.
