Seven parcels, two of which are in the Premiers Crus Les Baudes and Les Gruenchers, make up the blend of this assertively spicy, 40% whole bunch-fermented village Chambolle, which regularly out-performs its appellation. Textured, aromatic and finely balanced, with 20% new wood embellishing the sweet juicy raspberry and red cherry fruit. Drinking Window 2023 - 2028.
