Albariño Do Ferreiro Adina 2016

The 2016 Adina feels a little rounder and has better integrated acidity than the 2017, a little more approachable. It does have the clout and concentration, the vinous sensation from the red slate soils where they vines grow. This is kept in stainless steel with the lees for some nine months, and during that time it gets pumped over for the first weeks and then is left without stirring. 2,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2017.
