"As in previous years, the 2013 Dehesa de Los Canónigos was produced with a blend of 88% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, and portrayed a perfumed nose with floral notes, some spicy oak and a balsamic touch. It's somehow more floral than your average Ribera del Duero. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and some oak-related flavors that should be rendered invisible with some more time in bottle and/or some food. This is just delicious and very good for the conditions of the harvest. 160,000 bottles produced."

La finca Dehesa de los Canónigos se ubica en Pesquera del Duero. Debe su nombre a sus primeros propietarios, los 22 canónigos que componían el cabildo de la catedral de Valladolid.

Pour ma part je l'ai apprécié, même s'il es gun peu inférieur à 2012...
Soy un fiel defensor de este vino,pero esta añada me ha decepcionado... nada que ver con 2011.
