The Wine Advocate:

The 2018 Dandelión is the first wine they like to taste, and it's the first I tasted from this 2018 vintage that brings wines with lower alcohol and higher acidity. It's a classic wine—full clusters pressed and fermented with the full lees—with the vibrant palate and the salty finish that is the signature here. The acidity is high and there's always some sugar, but in 2018, it's completely integrated and balanced, going back to the style of 2015, because 2016 and 2017 were sweeter. It's produced with grapes purchased from inland vineyards, despite which, it has a saline twist, possibly because of the granite. They picked the grapes quite early. 21,570 bottles and some larger formats where produced. It was bottled in April 2019.
