L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"Bottled one month before I tasted it, the 2016 Dandelión is now produced with purchased grapes from vineyards in the interior of the Valle del Salnés. It has very good ripeness, with some white and yellow fruit, very clean. It has a soft palate with a sweetness in the finish—as the fermentation was complex, and they didn't want to use any selected yeasts—and was bottled with some residual sugar. This is now their volume bottling where they have significantly grown the number of bottles produced. It has a more commercial profile in this vintage. 13,067 bottles produced."
