The Wine Advocate:

They have 18 plots in Corullón in different parts, and the 2021 Corullón Vino de Villa from old vines (mentioned on the label) is a blend of different plots planted with a field blend of Mencía with some 15% other grapes (more white and no Alicante Bouschet). The plots were all vinified and aged separately and then selected to be blended except the Fontouliña that is bottled separately. This is super floral, expressive and clean, with a sense of purity and harmony, relaxed, juicy and tasty. It has complexity and depth and a sense of subtle, fine minerality. It fermented with 60% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in an oak vat and then matured in 228- and 500-liter oak barrels for one year. 3,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2022.
