Clos Cor Ví Corsalvatge 2020

There is a new 2020 Corsalvatge white, an expressive and characterful Verdil fermented with indigenous yeasts and some skin contact and matured in barrel for four months. It doesn't have a marked "orange" character, despite being a little darker than the other whites. It has an expressive and nuanced nose, with shy notes of flowers and white fruit. It matured with lees in 500-liter oak barrels for four months. It has 12.5% alcohol with very good freshness (pH 3.15). It's really very good. 2,000 bottles were filled in May 2021.
