Pretty impressive for what Carlos Fernández calls his "village wine", this is a stylish varietal Garnacha from three contrasting parcels in Labastida - Las Ginebras, Las Torcas and Ocho. Fermented with 30% whole bunches in concrete eggs, it's wonderfully bright, sappy and juicy, with a sappy, peppery finish. 2024-30.
