L'avis des experts

Jeb Dunnuck:

Always a smoking wine (as well as a hard to beat value), the 2020 Château Cap De Faugères boasts a deep purple hue as well as lots of cassis and blueberry fruits interwoven with notes of violets, white flowers, and chocolatey oak. Drink this medium to full-bodied, plush, sexy, fruit-loaded rock star of a Castillon over the coming decade.

James Suckling:

A medium-bodied red with plum and berry. Soft and refined with nice, ripe and creamy tannins. Very polished.

Decanter:

Austere kicks to the tannins but it is enjoyable, with plum and sage flavours that come in waves through the palate. Pretty subdued overall but enjoyable. Owned by Silvio Denz. Drinking Window 2023-2030.
