Description
Château Bellevue de Tayac est un assemblage des cépages rois de l’appellation Margaux : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon et Petit Verdot. C’est un vin à la production très limitée, dont on ne trouve chaque année pas plus de 700 bouteilles sur le marché. Vin élégant portant la griffe de Thunevin, il marie harmonieusement les arômes fruités et tertiaires.

"The last vintage for this estate from Jean-Luc Thunevin, this property in Soussans has produced a blend of 70% Merlot and the rest equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, a somewhat unusual blend for this part of the appellation of Margaux. Licorice, black currant, forest floor and floral notes all make for an interesting bouquet followed by a ripe, medium-bodied, elegant wine best drunk over the next decade".
Decepción. Margaux con exceso de merlot. Notas terciarias, cuero, que desaparecen rápidamente. Al final queda muy corto en nariz y boca.
El mejor de lo que he probado de vinos franceses, no obstante solo correcto.
