El famoso verso machadiano de “Al andar se hace camino” es el lema que han hecho suyo los Gremillet para ilustrar la filosofía de su casa. La misma que junto a la autenticidad y la sencillez les ha llevado a ganarse un nombre en Champagne.
Bien. Burbuja fina y persistente. Aroma espectacular. Falta algo de cuerpo. Totalmente recomendable.
