L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The AOC Bierzo 2018 Parajes was produced with grapes from nine different villages of the region, all fermented separately and aged in barrels for one year before being blended together. It's perfumed, clean, elegant and precise, really impressive for an entry-level bottling. The palate is balanced and elegant, fresher and sharper than the 2017, with less alcohol and more acidity. There are now 12,104 bottles of this wine, almost double from the previous year. But the vintage was so good that he also produced more... It is good, elegant, floral and very affordable. It was bottled in December 2019.
