Las texturas suaves del plato permiten disfrutar de este rueda sin pasar por alto sus matices varietales. Como alternativa más accesible, la sepia a la plancha también sería un buen acompañamiento para este blanco clásico.

The very young and still fairly reductive 2022 Carrasviñas shows notes of white flowers, aniseed and fennel after some time in the glass. It fermented with neutral yeasts and was kept in stainless steel for at least four months. It's varietal and primary, with good ripeness, 13% alcohol and a low pH (3.15), and it has balance and freshness to make it easy to drink. It was bottled a matter of days before I tasted it. They produced 400,000 bottles.
