Bodegas Briego are based in Fompedraza, but source this great-value Crianza from vineyards in Peñafiel. Matured in an equal combination of 50% new French and American oak, it shows the balance and finesse that are typical of the Benito brothers' wines. Floral and sappy with no evidence of the over-concentration of some 2017s.
