L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The Garnacha Blanca 2019 Botijo Blanco was produced with grapes from dry-farmed, head-pruned vines averaging 25 years of age and planted on limestone-rich, white soils. 2019 was a dry, warm and low-yielding year, when the grapes were picked on September 5th. It has moderate alcohol and notable acidity. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats after a 24- to 30-hour cold soak and matured with lees for three to four months. It's has a clean, varietal nose (white flowers), nicely textured, with a chalky sensation and a tasty, almost salty finish. 25,400 bottles were filled in March 2020.

Decanter:

Light floral perfumes. Supple succulent palate with crisp acidity, warm melon, and passion fruit charm. Rich and mouth filling with an elegant mineral twist on the finish.
