I've no idea how many barrels of this were made - I suspect it's not exactly 198 - but the number is irrelevant here. Deeply coloured, assertively wooded and balsamic, it's another impressive Rioja from Matías Calleja and his team, with plenty of depth and concentration and notes of mocha, plum and liquorice. 2022-29
