Disgorged in March 2014 and dosed as Extra Brut (dosage: five grams per liter), Benoît Lahaye's NV Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir (harvest year not indicated). Very deep and intense yet pure, fresh and aromatic on the fruity-mineral nose, this is a lush, mouth-filling, finessed and very elegant Blanc de Noirs with gorgeous fruit and lingering salinity and grip. Highly stimulating, this is a structured and persistent wine that is great to drink now and over the next 6 to 8 years. - Stephan Reinhardt.
