A comparatively rare sighting of a white Ribera del Duero from La Horra, one of the region's most famous red wine villages, La Retama is a pure Albillo Mayor that was fermented in 50% new 500-litre French barrels. Waxy and leesy, it has subtle wood spices, citrus, stone fruit and honeysuckle notes and a tangy finish. 2023-26
