Definitely at the riper, denser, more concentrated end of the Grenache spectrum, this strapping example comes from a 45-year-old vineyard at 700 metres in Tudelilla. Serious, compact and concentrated with notes of thyme and cinnamon and the power and depth to age. 2024-30. 

Decanter:

Red cherry and blueberry aromas with creamy vanilla and some cinnamon. Soft, rounded and broad palate of dark cherry and vanilla. A lovely discovery.
