The Wine Advocate:
"The 2011 Baigorri Blanco Fermentado en Barrica has a ripe profile. It displays a deep, bright yellow color and a nose of candied oranges, lemon zest, quince, ripe yellow plums chalk and plenty of smoke and toasty notes. The palate is very intense, with pungent acidity and an almost tannic finish. I’m tempted to suggest it might need a little bit of bottle aging. Drink 2014-2017".
