The Wine Advocate:

The white blend 2019 Arroyo de Arrayán Blanco comes from a warm and dry year when it was produced with 50% Garnacha Gris and 50% Garnacha Blanca from their estate vineyards planted in 1999 in Santa Cruz del Retamar in Toledo. The bunches were foot trodden, and the juice fermented in 300- and 500-liter oak barrels, where it then matured for 11 months. It has moderate ripeness at 13.7% alcohol but has a surprisingly low pH (3.06), which gives it a vibrant sensation on the palate. It feels like a very good Mediterranean white with waxy apples and dry herbs and a round, lush mouthfeel. 3,210 bottles were filled in October 2020.

James Suckling:

Honeysuckle, cooked lemon, baked apple, cashew and praline on the nose. It’s full-bodied with tangy acidity and a rich, nutty palate. Round, toasty and flavorful finish. Drink now.
