Cachopo

Un bocado crujiente y algo irreverente que le va de perlas a un tinto redondo, jugoso y de toque especiado como este.

L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The eponymous red 2021 Antídoto comes from a myriad of plots ranging between 30 and 100 years of age in the Soria part of Ribera del Duero at some 950 meters in altitude on stone, limestone sand and clay soils. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for nine months in 600-liter French oak barrels, only 5% of them new. It's creamy, velvety and juicy, with 14.57% alcohol and good freshness and acidity. With time in the glass, it develops more complexity and is herbal, meaty and floral, with very fine, chalky tannins. It feels young and lively but approachable. Great value too. 91,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2022.
