Lovely nose, fragrant and leesy. Racy, zippy acidity with lemony, green apple crunch on the palate. Tropical fruit, grapefruit, and banana flavours linger with a long tangerine finish and pronounced salinity.
Twenty-three year old vineyards on granite soils in the O Rosal sub-region supply the fruit for this concentrated yet appealingly refreshing Albariño from one of the area's most important producers. Peach, nectarine and fresh lime flavours are underpinned by granitic acidity and texture and complemented by a hint of subtle reduction. 2023-28
