Battonage is an unusual blend of old-vine Viura with 30% younger Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards at 600 metres. Fermented in new French oak, it has lime and grapefruit flavours, scented vanilla spice and some leesy weight from six months of lees contact. 2024-26.
