"4 Monos' 2014 Tinto mixes grapes, Garnacha with 5% each Syrah and Cariñena, and origins, different plots in the villages of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Cadalso de los Vidrios and Cenicientos in search of a fresh and balanced wine, with fruit, acidity and length. The full clusters fermented with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in used 300-, 400- and 500-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. In general, the reds are getting more elegant, perfumed and transparent, and this is a good example of it. Think of a Garnacha cotton candy, with red acid berries and a fresh and elegant palate, really tasty, with minerality and acidity that makes you salivate and want to drink more. This is delicious. 4,020 bottles were filled in December 2015".
