The Wine Advocate:

The 2018 Caíño is more elegant than any of the previous vintages produced so far. There are less herbal aromas, and it's less peppery, more perfumed. This feels lighter and more elegant. It has moderate alcohol but with lots of energy and effervescent acidity, with citrus freshness. This is simply phenomenal! 1,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2019.
