L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The impressive, dark, ripe and concentrated Tempranillo 2015 Vilano was produced with the fruit from old vines in the village of Pedrosa de Duero and aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. It sounds a bit formulaic, but the wine shows power and good integration of the oak. It's tannic and powerful but balanced in an XL style, a little outdated for me, but there is very good fruit and potential here, as it usually happens with the majority of cooperatives. 6,225 bottles were filled in July 2017.

James Suckling:

Deep dark-fruit aromas and flavors here, with a very assertive, concentrated and taut bed of tannins. Full-to medium-bodied, juicy and deep. Impressive power and focus. Try from 2020.
