L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The white 2017 Vidueños de Sedella comes from a field blend that contains some 30% Moscatel, and it's fermented together with some 30% skins and indigenous yeasts. It matured in egg-shaped concrete vat and used barriques for eight months. It has a Mediterranean and ripe character, with a faintly oxidative style, notes of nuts and yellow fruit, marked by the use of skins. Again, as I saw in the initial vintage, you don't really notice the aromas of the Moscatel, and the varieties feel nicely integrated. The palate is round and soft, but there are some tannins in the finish. I'd be curious to see what this wine does in bottle, as it is quite unusual/unique. 1,336 bottles were filled in June 2018.
