L'avis des experts

James Suckling:

Impressive, fresh ripe summer berries with cedary-oak notes also in the mix. The palate has a very slick, sweet and fine core of silky, velvety tannin and it delivers a lot of fruit on the finish. Drink or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

I found better balance and more harmony in the 2016 Hipperia, where the blend was 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot. But it's a round, lush and Mediterranean Bordeaux blend with plenty of alcohol and oomph, powerful and generously oaked, for those that like that style of reds. 23,400 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2018.
