Tintilla Corchuelo 2018

The 2018 Tintilla Corchuelo is pure Tintilla de Rota from a vineyard planted in 2012 by the winery in Jerez on marl soils that have more clay and deliver rounder wines. This has notes of raw meat and blood, some iron perhaps and hints of leather, smoky, a little à la Northern Rhône. This is a wild Tintilla, a little more rustic than the others.... It has medium ripeness at 13.5% alcohol. Only 1,100 bottles were filled in November 2019.
