The Wine Advocate:

"The new white 2015 Terroir Históric is a blend of 75% Garnacha Blanca and 25 % Macabeo from organically-farmed vineyards across different villages of Priorat, mostly on llicorella slate soils. It fermented with indigenous yeasts after a direct pressing of the bunches and matured in cement tanks for six months. The wine is fermented with whole clusters, so it's a bit of an "orange" character, with structure and tannin, much more serious, showing the naked character of Garnacha Blanca, which to me dominates over the Macabeo (known as Viura in Rioja). The blend represents approximately the percentages found of the two white grapes in Priorat. The wine really represents Priorat. And I love these classical labels... There are 6,000 bottles produced."
