"There’s more to the 2013 Shaya, produced with Verdejo from older vines, part barrel-fermented and part aged in contact with the lees, which has more concentration, more persistence of fruit and complexity, more stuffing, with clean notes of freshly cut grass, apples and fennel, a medium to light-palate with good acidity and clear, delineated flavors. Drink now".
