The Wine Advocate:

The red blend 2016 Sentada Sobre la Bestia (60% Monastrell, 18% Tempranillo, 17% Garnacha Tintorera and 5% Malvasía) is the one with the red label and the only one that remains. It had a very floral nose, fragrant and perfumed, ripe without excess and with no noticeable oak. The palate is juicy and with great freshness, very tasty and with good acidity and freshness. 16,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2017.
