Description

Nommé d'après une parente d'Elisabetta Geppetti, une femme forte et vive avec qui elle partageait un amour profond pour la région de la Maremme, ce rosé est élaboré exclusivement à partir de raisins Syrah provenant de deux vignobles différents. 20% du vin a été vieilli en fûts neufs, ce qui donne à l'assemblage final de la rondeur et un bon équilibre, sans nuire à sa magnifique fraîcheur

The Wine Advocate:

Freshened up with a tiny percent of Vermentino, this Syrah-based Rosato offers pretty aromas of rose petals within its beautifully floral and intense bouquet. There are some toasted almond notes in there too. You'll notice a pretty vibrancy and good freshness to the 2018 RosaMati, making it a qualified candidate for a buttery scampi dish. Only about 20% of the wine went into tonneaux. Some 12,000 bottles were produced.

Brilliant refreshing qualities to this pale-colored rosé, such as bright citrus, pink guava and rose apples. Light to medium body, plenty of acidity crunch and a zesty, floral finish. Drink now.
