L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"From an old vines top vineyard, the 2016 Grinzing Riesling Ried Steinberg offers a very precise, fresh and concentrated nose of white peaches intermixed with crushed stones, lime zest and even freshly crushed black pepper aromas. Full-bodied, intense and piquant on the palate, this is a well-concentrated, tightly woven and structured dry Riesling with grip, finesse and great elegance. The finish is pure and salty but also aromatic and very long. This is an elegant and enormously stimulating Riesling that was fermented in stainless steel and bottled unfixed but slightly filtered in spring of the following year". Tasted in June 2017. -  Stephan Reinhardt
