L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"The 2011 Quizás is sourced from two plots registered in 1904, Teso del Águila and Teso de la Monja, hand destemmed and fermented in small cement vats and matured in oak barrels (70% new) for some 20 months. The palate has good intensity and sleek, polished tannins with moderate acidity and good length, helped by the alcohol. Balanced, subtle and with elegance, there are spicy and smoky notes from the élevage, but they do not dominate. Only 1,812 bottles were produced."
