L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"The 2016 Quinta de Couselo, the classical Rosal blend, is mostly Albariño with 5% each Caíño Blanco and Loureiro. It is fermented in stainless steel after a cold soak and matured in contact with the fine lees for eight months before bottling. It has balsamic aromas reminiscent of bay leaf and wet stone with a reductive whiff that disappears with air. The palate reveals pungent flavors and is quite balanced with good acidity and nice balance. 85,000 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez".
