L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"There is a new subtle and perfumed 100% Garnacha from 20-year-old vines on complex mineral soils with limestone and marl, fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts that goes under the moniker of 2014 Peligres. The wine matured in well-seasoned French oak barrels for some six months before being bottled in March 2016. It has tons of Mediterranean herbs, thyme, rosemary, even perfumed lavender and with a chalky mintiness, very aromatic, open and showy. The palate is medium-bodied with some chewy tannins and good acidity. 4,000 bottles produced."
