The 2016 Chardonnay was fermented and aged in 500-liter puncheons. It reveals elegant aromas of pencil shavings and white peaches, then flavors of pineapple. This medium to full-bodied wine is plump through the mid-palate, silky in texture and lingers on the finish.
Handy concentration and integration of some very complex traits into a chardonnay that has bright pear and peach aromas. Grilled-peach and lightly spiced hazelnut flavors hold through a long, smooth finish. Drink now. Screw cap.
