Palo Cortado 1/8 Alonso 50 cl

The solera range includes the NV Palo Cortado 1/8, whose origin is a solera from Fernando Méndez, an "almacenista" who never bottled wine. They estimate it is perhaps 35 to 40 years old and it has the characteristics and technical data to confirm this. It also has some biological/sharp character that might point to a Sanlúcar origin, but it's really unknown. They filled 750 half-liter bottles in April 2017.
