Óscar Tobía's top white is an impressively complex cuvée of mostly Tempranillo Blanco with the remaining 40% made up of Viura, Maturana Blanca and a splash of Malvasía, fermented and aged in new French and American oak. Smoky, spicy and intense with notes of cream, quince and citrus and racy acidity. 2021-24
