"This is a new bottling of the 2003 Colección Añadas Oloroso en Rama, bottled in February 2016. It has 20.5% alcohol from the concentration, as it's fortified to 18% and the secret here is to use only the free run musts (mosto yema) to obtain more delicate and elegant Oloroso, even if it has the classical aromas of nuts, tobacco, woods and the descriptors you find in textbook examples."
