The Wine Advocate:

The 2014 Coquet Gran Reserva Especial is a blend of Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada aged in bottle with the lees under cork for no less than 42 months and sold as a brut nature. This is the only wine that ferments in stainless steel, as all the others ferment and have some aging in barrel with he lees. So, this is their "young" wine, but it is still sold with a long aging in bottle with the lees. It has a combination of white flowers, fruits and subtle yeast aromas. The palate reveals small and fine bubbles that give it a silky, creamy texture, ending dry and long. 31,000 bottles.
