The Wine Advocate:

Now a single-vineyard wine, or Cava de Finca, the 2008 Clos Nostre Senyor was produced with 65% Xarello, 20% Macabeo and 15% Parellada from head-pruned vines planted over 50 years ago. The wine fermented and matured in barrique with lees for ten months and then refermented in bottle, where it was kept for no less than 90 months. During the bottle aging, the closure used is natural cork, and the wine has no dosage (brut nature). It had more developed aromas than older wines and a lot more than wines from close vintages like 2010. It's intensely balsamic, nutty, medicinal and with some mineral-like notes. The palate felt quite polished, with integrated bubbles. 3,548 bottles produced. The bottle I tasted was disgorged in February 2018.
