"The blends are more or less the same for the different cuvées through the years, as is the case of the 2004 Clos Nostre Senyor, 60% Xarello with 20% each of Macabeo and Parellada aged in bottle for 75 months (that varies, as the vintage I tasted last time had been in bottle for 90 months) and with no dosage (Brut Nature). Deep golden-colored, it's still as balsamic as before, with plenty of yeast-related notes, quite complex. The palate is very silky, with a thin layer of small bubbles that give a creamy sensation and good integration making it compact, with polished acidity. 3,019 bottles produced".
