L'avis des experts

Decanter:

A benchmark Ribeiro wine, in which the terroir is far more important than the grape varieties (Treixadura, Albariño and Loureira among them). It has aromas of apple, hay, green curry and green tea leaves. Rich and juicy, with a very lively and smooth mouthfeel, plus a long aftertaste. This is not a wine to keep for the long run, but it's one to enjoy now.

The Wine Advocate:

I tasted two vintages of the white blend of Treixadura, Albariño, Lado and Loureira white grapes, the youngest of which, the 2019 Mauro Estévez, shows a bright and pale color, a slightly reductive personality and a shy nose, faintly herbal, balsamic and spicy, but with a palate that reveals a slightly riper wine than the 2018 I tasted next to it. It has a soft texture and a sleek mouthfeel showcasing the nicely crafted house style. 9,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020.
