"Another wine with loads of peronality the red 2011 Negramoll produced from a variety of vineyards on different soils, orientations and altitudes, is whole-cluster fermented for six days in 600-liter used American oak barrels where it ages for a further five months. It is quite light-colored and starts with a strong reduction on the nose, so give it plenty of air if you cross paths with a bottle. With time it displays some raw meat notes, smoke, forest floor and a touch of iron. The palate is very polished and seamless, the wood perfectly integrated, with a spicy touch redolent of cloves. Drink it now-2017".

Increíble olor, pero agua en boca.
Vino curioso, de variedad autoctona canaria. Tiene un aire a los nebbiolos italianos. Fruta ligera pero compleja
