Produced using the bleeding (sangrado) method rather than direct pressing, this is still a pale, delicate style of rosé made from Garnacha and 40% Tempranillo. Fresh and perfumed, it has watermelon and rosehip flavours and refreshing, palate-cleansing acidity.
